Cancellation Details

3-Business-Day Right to Cancel (CROA § 1679e)

Under the Credit Repair Organizations Act, you have the absolute right to cancel your contract with RJ Business Solutions for any reason within 3 business days of signing, without penalty or obligation of any kind.

How to Cancel

After the 3-Day Period

After the 3-business-day cancellation window, you may still cancel your service at any time. However, fees for services already fully performed are non-refundable, consistent with CROA provisions. Any fees collected for services not yet performed will be refunded within 10 business days.

Refund Policy

Cancellation within 3 business days: Full refund of all fees paid, no questions asked.
90-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If we cannot demonstrate a single verified improvement within 90 days of active service, all monthly service fees (not the audit fee for completed audit) will be refunded.
Monitoring fees ($29.99/mo): MyFreeScoreNow monitoring is a third-party service. Cancellation of monitoring must be handled directly with MyFreeScoreNow.

No Work Before Contract

Pursuant to 15 U.S.C. § 1679d(a)(2), no credit repair services will be provided before the end of the 3-business-day cancellation period following the date the contract is signed. This protects your right to cancel without having received services you would then be obligated to pay for.
